* “The magic place of our vacation”

The place is magic for his view and attention to all small details. The apartment is all well designed and every single details make you feel in the amazing home you never had. The view of the desert is breathless and, please, book the breakfast that the owners prepared every day fresh for you! Omelet, salad, fresh bread, cheese, marmalade, fresh juice, yogurt with fruits and cereal and all the locals’ specialties... exactly as in the picture! No, much better than in the picture I would say. The place is very close to Masada, Dead Sea and route to the south desert. At the same time its quiet and the view of the desert alone is worth the investment. The owners are super kind and welcome. They suggested us lots of things and we enjoyed lovely conversation with them. We felt totally homey and will be back for sure when in the area. We already recommended to friends. We booked to be our special place during our vacation and it was more than that! Thank you... Toda'!

* “Beautiful and luxury apartment, breathtaking view, fantastic host.”

We stayed for four nights in Dafna`s apartment and loved the breathtaking view. As many wrote, the apartment is very clean and very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and impressive bath (shower), close to many tracks, 20 minutes to Masada and 20 minutes to the dead sea. The best is the private terrace, where we had the delicious homemade Israel breakfast, which Dafna prepared every day fresh. We recommend booking the breakfast. Dafna is a very helpful and super nice person. She is a fantastic host. We highly recommend the location and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else, if we were in this area once again.

* “Beautiful Zimmer, great location, a definite stay in Arad”

The Zimmer had a great view and was beautifully presented. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed and all the comforts of home. Dafna was a really lovely girl as well.

* “Gorgeous boutique B&B and a fantastic base for Dead Sea/Masada trips”

We stayed at Desert Call for four nights and had a wonderful time. We were really impressed by the room, even better than pictures- very modern, stylish and clean- we especially loved the Jacuzzi bath. The views are breathtaking and we loved being able to sit in the outside space with a glass of wine, or eating the delicious breakfast Dafna prepared for us. In terms of location, whilst there isn't a huge amount to do in Arad itself, if you have a car then Desert Call is a fantastic base for trips to the Dead Sea at Ein Gedi or Ein Bokek, Ein Gedi national park, Masada and local wineries Yatir and Midbar. For us, it certainly beats the massive, impersonal, and overpriced hotels at the Dead Sea or Ein Gedi. Finally, the owner Dafna is fantastic and goes out of her way to help. All in all, we would highly recommend a visit to Desert Call!

* “Quite the best B & B we have experienced in our extensive travels”

Location was superb: quiet and calm with wonderful views of the desert. Our hostess Dafna did her best to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, airy and the facilities were modern and immaculately clean
